Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Allyis is seeking a Sales Enablement PM to manage the product system of record for MSN ad integrations. The role involves ensuring effective communication of product updates, maintaining sales materials, and providing insights to support the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product system of record (POR) for MSN ad integrations across Classic and Ruby, keeping PMM and Sales current on new launches, changes, and retirements
  • Establish and run the operating rhythm for product updates (launches, experiments, deprecations), ensuring consistent, predictable communication to PMM and MSA
  • Own the sales‑ready handoff for new products and enhancements—delivering clear, sell‑safe narratives so PMM does not need to reverse‑engineer intent from specs, MMM notes, or ADO
  • Support the product GTM motion by partnering with PMM on readiness, timing, and field alignment
  • Audit and maintain sales materials to ensure accuracy of data, screenshots, availability, and product claims
  • Provide MSN audience insights, metrics, and proof points to PMM and Sales to enable compelling, data‑backed sales narratives
  • Serve as first line of response for sales questions on products, policies, and availability—escalating to Product only when true clarification or decisions are required
  • Channel structured product feedback and BRDs from Sales back to Product, separating signal from noise
  • Act as the intake and triage point for inbound MSA asks, routing efficiently
  • Track and report sales adoption of MSN products to inform readiness gaps, enablement effectiveness, and future GTM improvements
  • Assist with MSN revenue tracker
