[Remote] Financial Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Teleflex is a global provider of medical technologies dedicated to improving health and quality of life. The Financial Analyst for OEM Finance will provide financial and analytical support, focusing on consolidation and analysis of financial results from manufacturing plants and presenting the data's story.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to Controller, Vice President and OEM Finance group as needed
- Consolidation of financial results of multiple separate entities to allow for accurate monthly financial reporting including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow
- Actual results vs. plan/forecast reporting and participate in the preparation of various other financial statements and reports for sales, standard margin, manufacturing costs and variances
- Create in-depth report out presentations including graphics
- Sales Data analysis including sales trends and standard margin analysis
- Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3 years of experience in Accounting and Financial analysis
- General accepted accounting principles and standards. (GAAP)
- The incumbent must possess proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.)
- MBA, CPA or CMA preferred
- SAP knowledge preferred; experience with a global financial consolidation and reporting tool
- Experience working in a multi-plant, global manufacturing environment a plus
- Financial concepts of product costing and financial analysis of manufacturing operations
