[Remote] LN Media & Sponsorship || Sr. Digital Project Manager (Contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, and they are seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to support their Integrated Marketing team. This role will manage the execution of digital consumer promotions, coordinating timelines and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital consumer promotions across campaign platforms, including setup, QA, launch, and maintenance
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder approvals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, vendors) to deliver campaign assets and microsite updates
• Troubleshoot issues during execution and communicate updates to stakeholders

Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or agency environments
• Hands-on experience with digital platforms, CMS tools, and project management systems (including but not limited to Asana and ShortStack)
• Proficient in Photoshop & Illustrator, GA4, Excel, and social media platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Jasper) to support content development, research, and workflow efficiency
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Keen visual sensibility with the ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines across digital experiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and execution
• Ability to work from your own laptop/equipment for the duration of the contract
