Emerald is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Acquisition Integration to lead acquisition integration projects across the organization. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integration activities following mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless alignment of systems, processes, and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans for acquisition integration, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired entities
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption during integration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for integration updates, providing clear and timely communication to executives and stakeholders
  • Recommend and implement best practices for integration processes to improve efficiency and reduce complexity
  • Develop and refine playbook for future acquisitions
  • Monitor progress against KPIs and report on integration success metrics to leadership

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in M&A or acquisition integration projects
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-functional projects in a remote environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
  • PMP certification
