[Remote] Director of Product Management

Zest Search is conducting a confidential search for a Director of Product Management for a profitable global payments business focused on developing a new embedded remittances product line. The role requires hands-on product leadership, involving solution design, implementation, and collaboration with various teams to create a scalable business.
Responsibilities
- Own the product line from solution design through to implementation and commercial outcome
- Work directly with partners, engineering, compliance and commercial teams to turn early signed partnerships into a repeatable, scalable business
Skills
- Hands-on product leadership experience in building and launching embedded payments, payouts, cross-border money movement or API-led financial infrastructure products
- Experience working with enterprise partners
- Ability to own the product line from solution design through to implementation and commercial outcome
- Experience working directly with partners, engineering, compliance and commercial teams
- Experience in launching embedded finance / payments products for major enterprise partners, including product and solution design
- Experience in helping win complex enterprise deals alongside commercial teams, including RFPs, demos, partner qualification and internal trade-offs
- Candidates aligned with EST time zone across the Americas / Canada
- Strong UK or Europe-based profiles
