[Remote] Senior Business Development Manager

They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to own the pipeline and drive client partnerships, focusing on building long-term relationships with marketing and creative leaders across mid-market and enterprise companies.
Responsibilities
- Own your pipeline end-to-end—from prospecting through close and expansion
- Build a pipeline through outbound efforts; you generate your own opportunities
- Identify and engage key decision-makers across marketing, brand, and creative teams, up to the VP and CMO level
- Lead discovery and pitch conversations to win the work
- Advance opportunities with clarity, urgency, and strong follow-through
- Grow accounts by identifying opportunities across teams, regions, and workstreams
- Expand engagements into more integrated, long-term partnerships
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly forecasts
- Sell across the 24 Seven house of agencies—partnering with SketchDeck, Futureman, Markacy, and 24 Seven to co-sell and unlock larger, integrated opportunities
- Lead consultative conversations that connect business challenges to creative solutions
- Guide clients through the full creative process—from brief and positioning through execution and delivery
- Build and deliver proposals and pitch narratives with Creative Directors and Strategists
- Position our agencies as a strategic creative partner, not just a delivery team
- Clearly articulate how creative work—branding, campaigns, digital experiences, and content—drives measurable impact
- Partner with Creative Directors, Strategists, Project Directors, and Operations to scope work accurately from the start
- Hand off cleanly to delivery with clear briefs and aligned expectations
- Bring market and client insights back to inform offering development
- Align with Operations early on resourcing and timelines to keep ambition feasible
- Full-cycle opportunity ownership — You own opportunities from outreach through close, carrying defined revenue targets and converting pipeline into long-term partnerships
- Trusted strategic client partnerships — Clients rely on you to guide them, expanding conversations beyond individual projects
- Creative-led business development — You sell creative strategy, not just deliverables, and help clients understand the value of strong creative
- Sustainable, long-term growth — You build relationships through thoughtful engagements, driving consistent growth rather than one-off wins
- Clear ownership of growth performance — You own pipeline health, conversion, revenue contribution, and account expansion
Skills
- 7+ years in client-facing roles within a creative agency, with experience selling creative services
- Proven track record of carrying and hitting quota ($2M+ annually preferred)
- Experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Strong creative fluency—comfortable speaking to branding, campaigns, digital experiences, content, and production
- Working knowledge of creative tools and workflows (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, digital/web production)
- Comfortable leading client presentations and pitches, with the ability to win the work
- Experience scoping, pricing, and negotiating SOWs ($100K–$1M+ deal sizes)
- Proven ability to grow accounts and expand relationships over time
- Strong written and verbal communication—clear, direct, and confident
- Experience navigating executive-level conversations and complex stakeholder environments
- Ability to collaborate across creative, strategy, and operations to shape solutions that are both compelling and executable
- Industry experience in fashion, beauty, retail, luxury, or consumer/CPG brands strongly preferred
- Based in the East Coast or Central time zone preferred
