[Remote] (Senior) Technical Sales Consultant - GRC

They are seeking a Senior Technical Sales Consultant to understand customer needs, configure solutions, and present complex demonstrations, while collaborating with sales teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the sales executive on opportunity strategy and approach
  • Partners with client business and technical teams to understand business objectives and integration requirements
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in Goverance, Risk, and Compliance
  • Engages in business consulting activities and conducts detailed prospect discussions
  • Designs and configures solutions to address customer’s business requirements
  • Stages scenarios and creates demo data as needed
  • Presents customized demonstrations tailored to customer requirements
  • Delivers business-oriented presentations to all levels of the customer organization including board level
  • Supports the sales team as an expert on the technical and integration aspects of other enterprise solutions throughout the sales cycle
  • Contributes to/writes customer-specific Origami proposals and management summaries
  • May contribute to initial implementation estimates and initial scoping efforts
  • Supports in documenting customer requirements and known product/configuration gaps to facilitate the handoff to service
  • Works with product and services to identify and address product and configuration needs
  • Leads and supports prospect POCs as required
  • Assists the benefits assessment process and developing customized ROI/ROR analysis
  • Assists marketing with support for events, PR, seminars, analyst demos, and campaigns
  • Help articulate cloud visions and SaaS offerings to new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers on build out of Sales Standard databases for aligned markets
  • Cross trains other Technical Sales Consultants in GRC to provide back up as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Business-related field
  • 3+ years of previous experience in technical pre-sales consulting and/or sales engineering, or 6+ years of previous experience for Senior Technical Sales Consultant
  • Previous experience working with technical sales teams and sales executives
  • GRC industry experience required
  • Up to 25% travel required
