[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

They are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with law firm accounts, driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing law firm accounts, owning renewals, upsells, and expansion revenue
- Build multi-threaded relationships across your accounts — from paralegals to managing partners
- Run strategic business reviews that go beyond usage dashboards to deliver real insights and uncover growth opportunities
- Partner with Customer Success to keep accounts healthy and intervene early when risk appears
- Forecast accurately and keep Salesforce tight — leadership counts on your data to plan
Skills
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS account management or sales with a track record of hitting renewal and expansion targets
- A strategic, relationship-driven approach — you think in terms of account plans, not just transactions
- Comfort navigating complex stakeholder maps and having commercial conversations at all levels
- CRM fluency and a data-informed mindset
- Bonus: experience working with law firms or in the legal tech space
