[Remote] Social Media and Influencer Lead
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Easy Healthcare Corporation is a fast-growing health tech company that produces the Easy@Home line of health products and the Premom ovulation tracking app. They are seeking a self-starter marketer for the Social Media and Influencer Lead role, responsible for managing influencer marketing campaigns, growing brand awareness, and driving app installs through social media strategy and partnerships with relevant influencers.
Responsibilities
- Own social media strategy and execution with a focus on growing brand awareness and driving organic app installs and product discovery for Premom and Easy@Home across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Create original content (captions, short-form video, static assets) and coordinate content from internal medical experts (nurses, doctor) who appear on camera as brand voices. Brief creators, review output, and ensure alignment with brand voice and compliance standards
- Build and manage AI-powered workflows for content scheduling, publishing, and production. Identify opportunities to use AI tools to increase output quality and volume without increasing headcount
- Analyze performance data weekly and monthly (engagement, reach, conversions, app installs) to identify what's driving results and what's not. Turn data into clear actions, not just reports
- Monitor trends, social conversations, and competitor activity in the TTC (trying to conceive) and fertility space. Move quickly on content opportunities that can drive reach and acquisition
- Moderate and engage with the community across all platforms. Build genuine conversation that strengthens brand loyalty and encourages organic sharing
- Continuously test new formats, hooks, platforms, and content types. Track experiments with measurable outcomes and scale what works
- Identify, vet, and partner with influencers and micro-influencers whose audiences align with Premom's users. Own the full relationship lifecycle with a focus on partnerships that drive measurable app installs and product sales, not just impressions
- Build and manage influencer campaigns end to end: briefing, content coordination, approval, posting, and performance tracking. Every campaign should have clear KPIs tied to acquisition or engagement outcomes
- Manage the affiliate program: optimize commission structures, recruit new affiliates, and run gifting and seeding campaigns that convert to trackable results
- Analyze campaign ROI across influencer and affiliate channels. Use data to double down on what's working and cut what isn't
- Strengthen relationships with brand advocates and community voices in the fertility and women's health space to generate authentic user-generated content that promotes Premom and Easy@Home products
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years working in social media and/or influencer marketing for a high-growth B2C brand or health tech company (required)
- Proven track record of growing social channels with measurable impact on user acquisition, app installs, or product sales, preferably in women's health or mobile app categories
- Active daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, CapCut AI, or equivalent) with specific examples of how AI has improved your output, efficiency, or results
- Experience building AI-powered content or publishing workflows is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull insights from platform data, track KPIs, and make decisions based on what the numbers show
- Comfortable working in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics dashboards
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platform trends, algorithms, and best practices, with a strong grasp of what drives engagement and conversion on each
- Experience coordinating content production across teams, including briefing non-marketing colleagues and managing content review workflows
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work asynchronously across US, India, and China time zones
- Self-motivated with a bias toward action. Able to work under pressure with changing priorities and minimal supervision
