[Remote] Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager, you will bridge the gap between advanced technology and user experience, driving high-priority automation initiatives and leading digital transformation for the client’s hardware, services, and subscription business.
Responsibilities
- Support Program Managers in guiding over 700 team members through the adoption of new AI tools, automated workflows, and system architectures through each NPI
- Lead cross-functional change management across marketing teams in partnership with leadership, reinforcing the adoption of scalable technical frameworks and AI solutions
- Drive technical timelines, engineering efficiency, and system consistency across global, regional, and local teams while managing sprint timelines, deliverables, technical debt, and risks
- Translate complex marketing requirements into robust system architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency through automation
- Lead technical syncs with over 50 stakeholders and coordinate daily prioritization, requirements gathering, and scheduling across engineering and marketing teams
- Leverage high emotional intelligence and resilience to navigate the ambiguity of deploying complex systems within a large global organization, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage recurring technical meetings, system reviews, and architecture blueprint sessions, including sending agendas and tracking action items
- Documentation: Maintain and update the technical Single Source of Truth (SSOT), including deployment timelines, sprint adjustments, system documentation, and team best practices
- Access & Repository Management: Manage initial technical repository setups, system permissions, API documentation links, AI platform access, and architecture design documents
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5-7+ years of technical program management experience, successfully bridging technical and non-technical teams
- 5+ years of experience working within a complex, large global organization
- Demonstrated foundational knowledge of system architecture, API integrations, and AI/Machine Learning concepts
- Proficiency with technical project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) and Agile methodologies
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for marketing and management teams
- Proven ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with near-term execution
- Strong aptitude for distilling complex technical and architectural problems into simple, meaningful stories for business and marketing stakeholders
