[Remote] Business Operations Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Adly is a fast-growing portfolio of technology-driven SaaS and content companies, and they are seeking a Business Operations Manager. This role is responsible for owning high-priority strategic and operational projects across the portfolio, blending business strategy, analytical rigor, project management, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Manage Performance: Help define, track, and report on KPIs that measure impact across initiatives—serving as the first point of escalation for issues
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Identify key business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and lead the execution of initiatives that improve growth and efficiency
- Own Project Execution: Work autonomously to take ideas and turn them into structured projects, with measurable checkpoints
- Communicate and Influence: Work closely with teams to align priorities, share findings, and make structured recommendations for leadership
- Build to Scale: Identify and lead improvements to our operations, decision making, and leverage customer data to ensure our growth is sustained
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy in high-growth, tech environments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work through ambiguous problems using data discovery
- Demonstrated ability to work with KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and operational initiatives end-to-end
- Strong written/verbal communications and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Adept in project management platforms (e.g., Notion, Asana)
- Adept in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiar with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma)
- Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
