Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to gamers through chat and ticket support
- Self-schedule 20 hours per week, with 7 hours on weekends
- Solve problems quickly and efficiently for customers
- Adapt to changes and navigate complexities in customer interactions

- At least 16 GB of RAM
- One of the following processors (or newer): Intel: 13th Generation Intel Core, Intel Core Ultra; AMD: Ryzen 7000 Series or Ryzen 8000 Series
- Dual monitors
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection
- A high-quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for handling calls
