They are seeking a Senior Product Manager responsible for driving the success of key components of their next-generation learning platform, collaborating closely with product teams to create impactful customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery: Own discovery through design, development, and measurement of post-launch success criteria
  • Prototype with AI: Leverage AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype concepts, accelerate feedback loops, and reduce time from idea to validated solution
  • Drive pre-development estimation: Lead exercises that inform business trade-off discussions and scope conversations
  • Lead customer & market research: Conduct discovery sessions and market research specific to your product areas
  • Define requirements: Translate business and functional requirements into clear, actionable user stories for development teams
  • Communicate progress: Provide regular product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders across the organization
  • Own prioritization: Balance stakeholder needs, business value, and level of effort to make clear, defensible calls on what gets built and when
  • Define & track metrics: Establish and monitor key product metrics within your product area
  • Build trusted relationships: Collaborate across leadership, engineering, and customer success to drive alignment
  • Champion continuous improvement: Guide process improvements within your development teams and across the product organization

Skills

  • At least 10 years of experience in a software Product Manager role with proven end-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery
  • You've brought a successful AI product or feature to market and have a deep understanding of current AI tools and how to leverage them effectively in your daily PM work
  • Strong technical background with proven ability to work successfully with engineering teams. Comfortable reading and writing SQL queries
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using ETL processes and data warehousing tools such as Snowflake
  • Excellent presentation skills — you tell a clear story, explain tradeoffs confidently, and drive consensus with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of conducting customer research and discovery and making successful product bets based on your findings
  • You know when to say no and can defend your decisions in a respectful, data-driven manner
  • Experience working within Agile software development teams
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to self-manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and an ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Atlassian products, Claude
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Must be able to travel for in person meetings when needed
