[Remote] Inbound Sales Closer - Digital Marketing Services

They are seeking an Inbound Sales Closer to manage warm inbound leads and close deals for digital marketing services such as Google Ads and SEO.

Responsibilities

  • Close inbound leads generated from our SEO, YouTube, and paid channels -- warm prospects who are actively looking for help with their digital marketing
  • Run consultative sales calls with local service business owners who need Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, web design, or lead generation
  • Manage a pipeline of 30-50+ active opportunities at any given time
  • Hit a quota of 40 closed deals per month -- top performers consistently hit 60-75
  • Work inside a CRM (Close) with full call tracking, transcription, and coaching infrastructure already built
  • Collaborate with onboarding and fulfillment teams to ensure clean handoffs

Skills

  • Proven track record closing digital marketing services -- Google Ads, SEO, PPC, social media, web design, or similar. This is non-negotiable. You need to be able to speak the language fluently on a sales call without a script in front of you
  • Experience in an inbound, inside sales environment with high call volume
  • Comfortable selling to small business owners -- you understand their world, their concerns, and how to frame ROI in terms they care about
  • Minimum 2 years in a closing role (not SDR, not appointment setting -- closing)
  • Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling specifically to home services, legal, medical, or trades verticals
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, or website design concepts beyond surface level
  • Experience with Close CRM or similar sales platforms
  • Background working at a digital marketing agency in a sales capacity
