Artificial intelligence is not used to make final hiring decisions; all decisions are made by human reviewers. However, automated interview transcription may be done to support and speed up the process This is a replacement role for the last manager. What you'll do Cultivate new institutional business relationships and grow existing ones. Provide updates and optimization recommendations to ensure that our clients are satisfied Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analysis and recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to customers. Report on business growth figures internally Manage and continue to develop a dedicated territory of accounts with the intention to grow revenue and pursue growth opportunities in existing public sector customers and prospects Negotiate contracts, initiate orders, and complete the process of onboarding new clients Initiate post-sales activities to ensure services sold are providing ongoing customer benefits; provide additional training to new customers as required Other duties as assigned Apply To This Job
