P2P Specialist with knowledge of Polish UA, Lviv Hybrid work for Lviv region candidates, remote for other Ukrainian locations. We’re excited to offer an opportunity for P2P Specialist with knowledge of Polish to join our Supply Chain & Procurement Team. With you we will:

• Create and modify Purchase Orders
• Resolve issues of parked and blocked invoices
• Follow up on open POs and invoice aging
• Perform operational controls and health checks
• Prepare reports and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contracts, data consistency, analyze KPIs
• Cooperate closely with Markets Stakeholders, Requestors,Buyers and Accounts Payable teams
• Contribute to process improvements

This role is operational and process-driven, with daily stakeholder communication and issue resolution. Key requirements:

• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
• SAP knowledge is a strong advantageConfident in English and Polish on at least Intermediate level
• High attention to details and accuracy with numbers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
• A fast and self-learner
• A great Team player
• Adaptable to change and cope in fast-paced environment
• Open to continuous improvement and process optimization
