Community Advantage Rehabilitation (CAR), a Spectrum Health Care Company is seeking Registered Occupational Therapists to provide virtual services to adult clients in the community. This independent contractor role offers a highly flexible work schedule, with part-time or full-time opportunities available. Compensation is based on volume (Estimated annual earning potential is between $82,000 - $102,000, however actual earnings may vary based on service volumes). Job Description
Provide ocupational therapy services virtually Conduct occupational therapy assessments using interviews, standardized tools, and informal assessment techniques Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans in collaboration with clients and caregivers Assign, supervise, and monitor occupational therapy assistants as appropriate Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation, including:Assessment findings Care plans Progress and discharge sumcmaries Reports aligned with referral source requirements and COTO standards
Qualifications
Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) 1 - 2 years experience is an asset, but new graduates are welcome Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office Suite and proprietary clinical software Additional Information This position is a current vacancy Spectrum Health Care is thrilled to be named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.
