You will work alongside cross-functional teams to create impactful client-facing products while growing your technical expertise in a supportive, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop modern, scalable web applications that deliver intuitive analytics experiences and support client-facing use cases. Build reusable front-end components and contribute to full-stack solutions that integrate seamlessly with governed data platforms. Translate business needs into technical solutions by partnering across Product, Data, and Engineering teams. Integrate applications with curated data products using Databricks and AWS environments to ensure reliable and secure data delivery. Contribute to backend services and APIs that enable data access, interactivity, and system integration. Apply strong engineering practices including testing, version control, and code reviews to ensure quality and performance. Support automation across development and data workflows, including CI/CD and deployment processes. Monitor and optimize application performance and user experience using usage data and feedback. Contribute to documentation, standards, and reusable patterns that improve consistency and scalability. Leverage AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to enhance efficiency and solution quality.

Qualifications

Required 2+ years of experience building data-driven applications or analytics solutions. Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a focus on usability and clean design. Working knowledge of Databricks (SQL, workflows) and experience integrating data into applications within AWS environments such as S3. Experience with GitHub or similar version control tools in collaborative development environments. Understanding of APIs and data interfaces for consuming and delivering data. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality output. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience working with large or complex datasets, including healthcare or claims data. Familiarity with data pipelines, automation, and deployment workflows. Experience documenting technical designs, data models, or workflows in a structured way Ability to build out front-end tools and/or applications If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,000 - 131,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
