We provide expert software and information solutions that the world’s leading professionals rely on, in the moments that matter most. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. About the role: As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of our next-generation SaaS products serving the Tax and Accounting market. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our solutions meet evolving customer needs, deliver measurable business value, and strengthen our market leadership. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on product execution, working across design, engineering, and commercial teams to drive adoption and product-market fit. Key Responsibilities: Shape the product vision and strategy: Define how our SaaS solutions deliver differentiated value to accountants and finance professionals, aligning customer needs with business objectives. Drive product-market fit: Ensure our products are positioned, packaged, and delivered effectively to meet market expectations and achieve commercial success. Own the product roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear, outcomes-focused roadmap that balances innovation, customer impact, and commercial priorities. Understand the customer deeply: Conduct in-depth market, user, and competitive research to identify opportunities and inform prioritisation. Translate insights into action: Define and communicate clear product requirements and user stories that guide design and engineering teams. Measure success: Use data, analytics, and customer feedback to assess performance and continuously iterate on features and positioning. Champion customer experience: Advocate for usability, reliability, and seamless integration across the product ecosystem. Support go-to-market execution: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to plan effective launches and drive adoption. Manage delivery risk: Anticipate challenges and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain delivery momentum and quality. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in product management for B2B SaaS products, ideally within the Tax, Accounting, or Financial software sector. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect customer needs, market trends, and commercial goals into actionable product plans. Deep understanding of product-market fit, pricing models, and SaaS lifecycle management. Skilled in roadmapping, requirements definition, and data-informed decision-making. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills – able to build consensus across design, engineering, sales, and leadership teams. Comfortable operating in agile environments with strong collaboration and delivery practices. Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations in the Tax and Accounting domain. Desirable: experience with audit automation, workflow digitisation, or AI-driven financial products.
