The Overnight Customer Experience Associate is the frontline ambassador for arenaflex’s brand during the critical overnight hours when fans are most active. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking help with our sports‑betting, daily fantasy, and gaming platforms. By delivering swift, accurate, and empathetic support across multiple channels, you will help shape the perception of arenaflex as a trustworthy, innovative, and customer‑centric organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and solution‑focused assistance to customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Product Mastery: Develop deep expertise in arenaflex’s product suite, including betting lines, fantasy contests, and in‑app features, to answer questions and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Quality & Productivity Excellence: Meet and exceed qualitative KPIs (interaction quality, first‑contact resolution) and quantitative metrics (average handle time, adherence to schedule, tickets resolved).
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent arenaflex’s values in every interaction, turning challenging situations into opportunities to reinforce brand loyalty.
  • Customer Advocacy: Capture and communicate recurring pain points, feature requests, and feedback to internal product, compliance, and operations teams.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Shift Management, Quality Assurance, and Training teams to continuously improve processes and share best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in online customer support, call‑center environments, or any role that required strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, including weeknights and weekends, typically between 6:00 am – 12:00 am (midnight) with a rotating schedule that aligns with major sporting events.
  • Minimum age of 21 years to satisfy state licensing requirements for gaming support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; a polite, attentive, and friendly demeanor is essential.

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar systems.
