Key Responsibilities

Core Data Management Tasks

  • Transfer data from paper‑based documents, PDFs, and scanned images into structured digital formats using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or comparable tools.
  • Update client profiles, order statuses, and inventory records in arenaflex’s central database, ensuring real‑time accuracy.
  • Perform routine data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing entries.
  • Organize and archive digital files in a logical, searchable manner that aligns with arenaflex’s data governance policies.

Quality Assurance & Collaboration

  • Double‑check all entered data against source documents, applying a meticulous eye for detail to prevent errors.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service, Sales, and Operations teams to clarify ambiguous information and resolve data‑related inquiries.
  • Provide timely updates to supervisors on progress, challenges, and opportunities for process automation.
  • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry workflows, contributing ideas for efficiency gains.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of accurate and high‑volume data handling.
  • Exceptional typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Word and Excel—or equivalent cloud‑based applications.
