Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, professional assistance to both internal and external customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex’s commitment to hospitality.
  • Process ticket sales, baggage handling, freight shipments, and reservation changes using arenaflex’s modernized retail system, accurately handling cash, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons.
  • Resolve complex customer concerns—including oversold flights, delayed or cancelled itineraries, lost or damaged baggage—promptly and in accordance with arenaflex policies.
  • Deliver up‑to‑date flight information, schedules, and pricing to passengers, answering a wide range of inquiries with confidence and clarity.
  • Maintain accurate daily cash balances, reconcile transactions, and report any discrepancies or overages to management.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation, incident reports, and performance metrics as directed by arenaflex leadership.
  • Collaborate with teammates, ground crew, and supervisors to ensure smooth airport operations and timely aircraft turnarounds.
  • Adhere to all safety, security, and regulatory guidelines while performing duties in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Essential Qualifications
