Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management and Logistics Support: Assist customers with order tracking, shipping inquiries, returns, exchanges, and modifications. Ensure every step of the process is smooth, transparent, and hassle-free, leaving customers with a positive impression of arenaflex’s commitment to service.
  • Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. This includes addressing product-related questions, troubleshooting account concerns, and escalating complex matters to appropriate teams when necessary — all while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback Collection and Continuous Improvement: Actively gather customer feedback and insights to help arenaflex continuously enhance its services, product offerings, and overall customer experience.
