  • Benefits Education: Provide clear and accurate information about insurance coverage, what is included in the customer's benefit plan, copay details, and assist with coverage determination processes.
  • Prescription Support: Handle prescription refill requests, provide order status updates, and assist with tracking prescriptions to ensure customers stay informed throughout the process.
  • Self-Service Guidance: Educate customers on online self-service options for account updates and prescription management, and help troubleshoot any issues they encounter while using these tools.
  • Empathetic Resolution: Empathize with customer concerns and work diligently to resolve issues, simplifying the overall healthcare experience for each individual.
  • Technical Navigation: Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to retrieve customer information, process requests, and document interactions effectively.

  • Entry-level position with a minimum of six months of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar).
  • Demonstrated customer-focused personality with a genuine desire to help people.
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Full-time schedule availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
