Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 and Azure Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing solutions on Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored cloud-based solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and security.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their business goals and technical requirements related to Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Architect and deploy Azure cloud solutions, such as virtual machines, storage, databases, networking, and identity management.
  • Manage migrations to Microsoft 365 and Azure, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
  • Provide ongoing support and administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT staff to ensure effective use of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 and Azure features and best practices, advising clients on their adoption.
  • Document designs, processes, and configurations to ensure clear communication and repeatable implementation strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with security and governance standards while implementing solutions.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 and Azure Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure solutions (VMs, Azure AD, networking).
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architecture, and security.
  • Proficiency in migration tools and processes for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, are highly desirable.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, for automation and management.
  • Knowledge of hybrid environments and on-premises integration with Microsoft cloud services.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Azure DevOps experience with design/ working experience in Fabric and PowerBI,
  • Familiarity with third party migration software like Quest, Sharegate, and Bittitan.
