[Remote] Mortgage Loan Officer

The role involves engaging with customers, assessing their financial situations, and providing expert advice on various loan products while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their financial goals and loan needs
- Educate borrowers on available loan products, rates, and terms
- Review and analyze financial documents
- Recommend loan options that best fit the client’s financial situation
- Take complete and accurate loan applications
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and submitted on time
- Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and other internal teams
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction throughout the process
Skills
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong sales skills and a customer-first mindset
- Strong communication abilities to effectively convey complex information
- Must have active NMLS license
- MLO License (Required)
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer
- 1 year of banking experience
- Experience working in a high-volume lending environment
