[Remote] Business Development Representative (BDR) – Mental Health

They are seeking a School-Based Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand their services into K–12 schools and districts across the United States, driving outreach and building relationships with education leaders.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage K–12 schools, districts, and education decision-makers
- Build relationships with superintendents, principals, counselors, and school administrators
- Introduce PsychPlus school-based mental health solutions and partnership models
- Develop and manage a pipeline of school partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and implementation teams to support onboarding
- Support outreach strategy and territory development for national school expansion
- Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activity and pipeline progress
Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or outbound outreach
- Experience in education, healthcare, behavioral health, or EdTech strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly with stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a high-velocity, remote, performance-driven environment
- Passion for mental health, youth development, and education systems
- Self-starter with strong organizational and pipeline management skills
