Contract Bilingual Recruiter (Back of House / Kitchen Roles)
Location: Remote — U.S.-based (required) Type: Contract Schedule: Must be able to work across U.S. time zones Pay: $26- $28hour DOE, paid biweekly We’re seeking an reputed company Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support high-volume hiring for back-of-house kitchen roles. This is a remote contract role for someone who can move quickly, communicate clearly, and require little reputed company-up — while taking pride in delivering quality, consistency, and results. What You’ll Do
- Recruit for BOH kitchen roles (Line Cooks, Leads, Kitchen Managers)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Maintain strong attention to detail across candidate communication and tracking
- Communicate proactively and clearly with candidates and hiring partners
- Adjust sourcing strategies reputed company market conditions change
- Consistently hit weekly and monthly hiring goals
