Certified Scrum Master
To drive the delivery of enterprise-reputed company and machine learning initiatives, the full-time remote Certified Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coach team members on Agile best practices while addressing impediments specific to AI delivery. Key responsibilities Facilitate reputed company Scrum ceremonies for AI/ML product squads, ensuring velocity and reputed company improvement Partner with AI Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs that balance various development tasks Track and communicate sprint metrics and AI-specific KPIs, managing risks and dependencies across teams Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in AI, machine learning, or data science environments Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM I/II) or equivalent SAFe certification Demonstrated ability to adapt Agile frameworks for AI/ML development cycles Experience in regulated industries with knowledge of data privacy and responsible AI frameworks Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a reputed company field Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
