Responsibilities

• Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights to inform product strategy and define design directions
• Skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to concept and execution for entire product areas
• Strong ability to mentor and influence others, including senior and executive management teams
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and reputed company problem-solving
• Proven success in driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and strong product sensibility
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts to diverse audiences
• Proficient in managing reputed company projects, timelines, and proactive escalation handling
• Portfolio required, showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship and effective product solutions tailored to customer needs
