Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager (Remote - CET Hours)
About the position LMG Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing eCommerce-focused digital agency specializing in Shopify development, CRO, SEO, and retention marketing for premium online brands. We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager to reputed company project delivery, manage client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple Shopify engagements. This is a freelance contractor opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, excels at stakeholder communication, and has strong experience managing Shopify projects from reputed company through launch and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage up to 7 reputed company Shopify and eCommerce projects including: Shopify builds, CRO initiatives, SEO retainers, Ongoing support engagements
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, documentation, and delivery quality
- Manage reputed company boards, project schedules, risk logs, and change requests
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between development, design, SEO, and email teams
- Ensure projects stay reputed company defined scope and performance expectations
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients
- Provide proactive communication and updates reputed company reputed company, email, and meetings
- reputed company recurring review calls and roadmap discussions
- Build long-term client relationships focused on trust, transparency, and growth
- Identify upsell and retainer opportunities where appropriate
- Facilitate weekly delivery meetings and project reviews
- Allocate tasks across designers and developers
- Conduct QA reviews and enforce agency standards
- Support junior team members through mentorship and process guidance
- Escalate risks or blockers appropriately to leadership
- Help improve SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation

- Maintain organized project records and reporting structures
- Review project changes and support budget management

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in: Project Management, Account Management, Digital Agency Operations, Shopify or eCommerce environments
- Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using project management platforms such as reputed company
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
