Job Description

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for working across the Finance team on the implementation and shared support of daily company cash and bank operations. This role develops and maintains cash forecasts, analyzes balance sheet items, and provides key financial analysis on consolidated cash flow and liquidity positioning. This position provides leadership and guidance to other members of the Treasury team and partners closely with Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology to ensure effective bank administration, accurate financial reporting, and strong internal controls. This position is also responsible for creating, developing and implementing strong controls and performing complete and accurate reputed company in depth analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and conduct reputed company analysis on debt using market data, bank relationships and corporate liquidity needs and reputed company recommendations to Senior Leadership

• Manages and optimizes the company’s banking structure, including bank account administration, monthly bank fee analysis, cost‑saving initiatives, and ongoing coordination with banking partners to ensure efficiency, strong controls, and accurate documentation.
• Identify and reputed company process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Treasury and other reputed company divisions
• Provide guidance and support to Associate and Treasury Analyst; demonstrate professionalism and leadership
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
• 5 years of experience in a Treasury or reputed company position
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

• Superior oral and written communication and critical thinking skills
• Experience working with financial institutions
• Ability and willingness to provide guidance to junior staff

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CTP, CPA or reputed company

• Demonstrated strong analytical, finance, accounting and investment management skills
