As an Integration Specialist, you will drive the adoption, implementation, and integration of Align’s digital platform reputed company targeted dental and orthodontic practices. Your primary goal is to accelerate practice growth and improve efficiencies by optimizing workflows, increasing scanner utilization, and enhancing patient education and case acceptance. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Clinical degree in dentistry (RDH, RDA, EF, CDA, etc.) and/or orthodontic office management experience preferred.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in dental, orthodontic, or reputed company health
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• High customer-service standards and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, reputed company Office, and CRM tools (e.g., SFDC).
• Ability to travel up to 40%; occasional nights and weekends for in-market
