This is a part-time position, with the option to work remotely from your home office. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and organize medical records according to established guidelines and procedures
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records by verifying patient information and medical history
- Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of medical records at reputed company times
- Identify and report any discrepancies or missing information in medical records
- Communicate with healthcare providers and other parties to obtain missing information or clarify record details
- Utilize electronic medical record systems to input and retrieve information
- Follow HIPAA regulations and company policies for handling medical records

- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on industry changes and advancements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare or reputed company field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with medical records in a healthcare setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
