Responsibilities
- Own and operate your ABA practice
- Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
- Conduct assessments, reputed company treatment plans, and provide supervision
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Maintain clinical and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Eligible to practice independently in your state
- Experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism
- Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
- Interest in private practice ownership or growth
