Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective aesthetic patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Utilize our booking systems to accurately schedule appointments for consultations with leading aesthetic practitioners.
  • Information Provision: Offer comprehensive information reputed company, promotions, and practitioner availability, ensuring patients feel informed and excited about their upcoming treatments.
  • Confirmation and Follow-up: Promptly and professionally confirm appointments, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and manage the reputed company follow-up process to ensure effective customer engagement.
