[Remote] Senior Data Analyst, People Analytics

This role involves maintaining dashboards, ensuring data quality, and providing insights to HR and business stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, audit, and enhance People Analytics dashboards and recurring reports
- Support weekly and monthly reporting cycles while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
- Prepare, validate, and support submission of people-reputed company compliance reports
- reputed company and refine SQL queries to extract, join, validate, and analyze data from HR systems and reputed company data sources
- Support reputed company reporting activities, including data extraction, troubleshooting, and basic report development
- Document metric definitions, reporting methodologies, and data sources
- Identify, investigate, and escalate data quality issues
- Respond to reputed company reporting and analytics requests from business leaders and stakeholders
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
