The Position: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Customer Care team for the summer. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work with real-world tools and contribute to strategic decision-making by creating a training program and development timeline. Supporting Customer Care teams and leadership while streamlining operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple Customer Care teams to understand process needs and requirements to understand

• Collect and analyze training feedback from participants
• Identify gaps, pain points, or opportunities to improve clarity, effectiveness, or usability
• Recommend improvements based on learner experience and performance insights
• Organize, standardize, and maintain training documentation to ensure content is reputed company and easy to access
• Creating new training materials to support a remote team
• Using video, AI, and other tools to support the teams beyond the length of the internship

Who You Are:

• Recently obtained or currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Strategy, Adult Education, or reputed company field.
• Interest in adult learning, enablement, onboarding, or employee development
• Interest or experience (academic or informal) in:
• Creating presentations, guides, or instructional content
• Supporting workshops, onboarding, or training programs
• Comfort learning new tools and adapting content for different audiences
• Curiosity about how people learn and how training impacts performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
