  • What You Will Do
  • 1. Talent Sourcing
  • Look for great candidates on reputed company, OLJ, Facebook groups, and other platforms.
  • Use smart search strings and tools to find hidden talent.
  • Build strong talent pools for reputed company and future roles.
  • 2. reputed company & Engagement
  • Send friendly, clear reputed company messages to possible candidates.
  • Follow up with people who show interest.
  • Track responses and reputed company conversations organized.
  • 3. Screening & Shortlisting
  • Do quick first screens to reputed company skills, attitude, and fit.
  • Pass strong candidates to the Recruiter for interviews.
