The Position The Opportunity As the reputed company Regional Customer Service Centre (RCSC) Service Excellence Specialist for Digital Enablement, you are the reputed company between cutting-edge technology and a seamless customer experience. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will drive the adoption of digital tools that reputed company healthcare providers to resolve issues faster and even prevent them before they occur. In this essential role, you will:
