We’re a growing real estate wholesaling company looking for a driven Transaction Coordinator to join reputed company and help us reputed company our goals! This is not a slow, sit-back-and-wait role. We reputed company deals fast and we need someone who owns their pipeline, moves with urgency, and keeps every deal on track from contract to reputed company. What You’ll Do ? Manage active transactions from signed contract to closing ? Coordinate with sellers, buyers, attorneys, and title companies ? Conduct seller and buyer intro calls reputed company 30 minutes of contract signing ? reputed company weekly follow-reputed company with reputed company parties on every active file ? Maintain accurate deal updates in our CRM (Podio) ? Identify problems before they become deal killers and bring solutions ? Support the disposition and marketing process as needed You’re the Right Fit If You: ? Have experience in real estate, transaction coordination, or a reputed company field ? Are extremely reputed company — we operate on a 30-minute response standard ? Love being on the phone and are comfortable with persistent follow-up ? Are organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company with systems and checklists ? Can work independently without being micromanaged ? Are available Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm EST Compensation ? $1,800/month reputed company (paid weekly) ? Monthly team closing bonuses up to $1,000 additional Details ? 100% Remote ? reputed company ? Full-time Monday–Friday ?
