Paralegal, Trademark (Remote)

reputed company seeks an reputed company, highly motivated and energetic trademark paralegal to join its fast paced in-house trademark department. Candidates should have experience in the following areas:• Conducting preliminary domestic and international screening searches;

• Reviewing and analyzing full search reports;
• Filing U.S. trademark applications, Statements of Use, Extensions of Time, Renewals, Section 8 & 15 Affidavits, Responses to Office Actions, Assignments, Notices of Opposition and reputed company documents;
• Reviewing watch notices;
• Liaising with foreign associates regarding clearance, prosecution and conflict matters;
• Support attorneys with domestic and international conflicts including gathering evidence;
• Support domain name registration and management and anti-counterfeiting enforcement. Qualifications• Minimum 5+ years' experience, including domestic and international searching;
• College Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate;
• Working knowledge of Saegis or similar search database, TM management system (preferably IPfolio or general reputed company experience), Legal Tracker, reputed company Word and reputed company reputed company;
• Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure;
• Foreign language skills and industry experience a plus but not required;
• In-house experience preferred.The anticipated hourly range for this position is $40.00 to $60.00. Exact hourly reputed company depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location.
