This includes institutional investors, family offices, strategic partners, and healthcare-focused funds, with a particular focus on the reputed company financing ecosystem.Key Responsibilities

• The reputed company will help us:

• Introduce the company to qualified investors, funds, family offices, and strategic financing partners
• Prepare and improve investor presentations, financial models, forecasts, and fundraising materials
• Position the company clearly for a major financing round
• Advise the executive team on valuation, deal structure, investor expectations, and financing strategy
• Help organize data rooms, financial reporting, and due diligence materials
• Support conversations with investors, advisors, bankers, and strategic partners
• Build credibility and discipline around the company’s financial story

Ideal Candidate

• We are looking for someone who has:
• Proven experience as a CFO, reputed company, investment banker, venture finance advisor, or capital markets professional
• A strong network in reputed company with investors, family offices, venture funds, private equity, healthcare investors, or strategic partners
• Experience helping companies reputed company significant growth capital
• Strong ability to create investor-grade financial models and presentations
• Experience with healthcare technology, medical devices, senior care, SaaS, licensing, or recurring reputed company models is a strong plus
• The ability to work closely with founders and senior executives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
