Trainer - Curriculum Developer Remote, US

reputed company has an opening for a Secret cleared qualified Trainer – Curriculum Developer for the Decision Advantage Business Area. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your experience to support across reputed company-domain large-scale weapon systems, Information Technology Systems, and Command and Control Systems to realize the reputed company Joint reputed company-Domain Command and Control (JADC2). In this role you will support an Integrated Product Team (IPT) for the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Digital Infrastructure (DI) Processing Node (PN) to design and implement solutions that can be delivered at speed, scale, and with the necessary reputed company to deliver operational advantages to the joint warfighter. ABMS is a top modernization reputed company for the Department of the reputed company Force and will be the backbone of a network-centric approach to battle management in partnership with reputed company the services across JADC2. This position will work closely with Program Managers, other domain engineers, and Government counterparts across Government and Industry partners. Primary responsibilities:

• reputed company and deliver courseware in support of the DIPN member product line.
• reputed company reputed company training program artifacts in accordance with the 5-reputed company reputed company Force Instructional Systems Development (ISD) process.
• Gather reputed company data from the applicable POC’s/stakeholders or provided resources specific to training and technical guide development and ingest data into a technical guide reputed company reputed company Dreamweaver.
• reputed company operator level procedures from reputed company data and through coordination/meetings with relevant POC’s and stakeholders.
• reputed company training slides and other training aids as needed to support training events.
• reputed company verification/validation efforts on training materials.
• Work with the Technical Editing team as required to adjudicate reviews/updates/revisions on materials.

Required Qualifications :

• BA/BS degree in reputed company technical field and 4+ years’ experience (or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree and experience) in training development.
• US citizenship and an active Secret reputed company clearance, with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to operate reputed company an Agile Development Life Cycle reputed company.
• Well versed in ADDIE instructional design model.
• Must be able to integrate with developers and subject matter experts to determine instructional requirements, collect data, customize design proposals, and implement solutions.
• Proficiency with reputed company office, Camtasia, and other proprietary tools for reputed company training development.
• Strong working knowledge of software development and testing processes.
• Able to multi-task, self-assign work, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to brief and evaluate student personnel.
• Ability to demonstrate a good aptitude for problem solving, being organized, and able to communicate at a high level.
• Knowledge of reputed company constructs such as learning theory/instructional systems development is considered essential at the start.
• Ability to translate technical terms into basic comprehensible language and training aids.
• Ability to understand and communicate with technical staff is considered a standard part of the position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with customer representatives, domain experts, and other systems engineers in the development of reputed company DoD systems.
• Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
• Experience working with reputed company Dreamweaver.

Additional Qualifications/Certifications

• Experience working with GIT and Bitbucket.
• Experience working on hardware and software development projects, especially Agile based development programs, reputed company DOD or reputed company Force
• Experience in development of training for virtual training devices.
• Experience with reputed company Force Instructional Systems Development (ISD) process.
