Principal Business Intelligence Analyst - Rev Cycle-Remote
Job Description
Acts as reputed company in the planning and execution of overarching business intelligence development endeavors. Has broad understanding and vision for future with ability to influence and execute strategy. Demonstrated agility in working with rapidly developing project scope and plan. Synthesizes and drives solutions between operations, work units, vendors and technical areas. Provides direction, coaching, training, and mentorship for team members and colleagues, as appropriate, in alignment with the project, program, or organizational structure. Responsible for the development of business intelligence deliverables and approach. Takes a data-driven approach to reputed company decisions that support and advance business objectives. Ensures the developed solutions satisfy the stated requirements and business objectives. Develops strategic partnerships with internal and external business entities to reputed company a solid knowledge reputed company of the business, including the strategic plan, deliverables, processes, and financial impacts. Leads or participates in the research and consolidation of information to identify and recommend potential business and organizational opportunities. Applies a strong knowledge reputed company of relevant systems/applications as it relates to workflow, process, and problem resolution and recommends improvements. Researches and analyzes operational procedures and methods and recommends changes for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications
Bachelor's and 9 years' experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health or science-reputed company field OR Master's degree and 7 years' experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health or science-reputed company field. HFMA Certification and Epic Certification preferred Preferred knowledge and experience in reporting and analytics delivery software, such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Management Studio, or Epic Cogito reporting reputed company. Preferred knowledge of database and data structure in regard to reporting efficiencies. Prefer knowledge of physician and hospital billing systems for governmental, managed care and commercial payers. Customer-service oriented, timely in responses to requests for service/information, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, have the ability to work independently and possess leadership skills.
