Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams regarding shipment status and any potential delays. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, such as traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, or delivery exceptions, in real-time. Manage load assignments and ensure proper documentation is maintained. Maintain accurate records of reputed company reputed company activities and operational metrics. Respond to inquiries from drivers and customers promptly and professionally. Requirements
Proven experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or transportation management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with drivers and clients. Strong proficiency with GPS tracking systems, reputed company optimization software, and other logistics technology. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to reputed company quick, sound decisions under pressure.
