  • Customer Interactions:
  • Manage inquiries in areas such as Member Services, Medicare, and Billing.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to respond concisely and clearly to customer queries.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
