Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex for a diverse set of customers. Your day‑to‑day duties will include Answering inbound calls, chats, and emails with a friendly, solution‑focused demeanor. Diagnosing customer issues quickly, using a structured troubleshooting methodology. Documenting each interaction accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow‑up.
