[Remote] Multi-Cloud Network Engineer (GCP, Azure, OCI)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading nonprofit reputed company system, and they are seeking a Multi-Cloud Network Engineer to ensure the stability, reputed company, and agility of their GCP, Azure, and OCI network environments. The role involves designing and supporting cloud network environments, participating in operational support, and collaborating with various teams to enhance technical standards across multi-cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and support GCP network environments by leveraging cloud-native services such as Network Connectivity Center (NCC), Cloud VPN, Cloud Load Balancers, VPC Constructs, and Service Networking
• Design and support Azure network environments by leveraging cloud-native services such as Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), Network reputed company Groups (NSGs), Azure Load Balancers, Azure DNS, and Azure Virtual Network Gateways (VPN and ExpressRoute)
• Design and support OCI network environments by leveraging cloud-native services such as Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), reputed company Lists and Network reputed company Groups (NSGs), Load Balancers, DNS, Dynamic Routing Gateways (DRGs), Service Gateways, and Local Peering Gateways (LPGs)
• Provide consistent design patterns to support a wide reputed company of connected services such as SaaS providers, on-premise systems, and internal GCP, Azure, and OCI services
• Participate in an on-call rotation and act as an escalation reputed company as needed to support production environment needs across reputed company three cloud platforms
• Deliver projects through cloud network constructs to support ongoing business requirements for a variety of internal stakeholders across GCP, Azure, and OCI
• Clearly reputed company and communicate how technical components can support various environments reputed company our GCP, Azure, and OCI cloud platforms to peer groups, partner teams, and internal stakeholders

• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform to manage network infrastructure across GCP, Azure, and OCI
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues across reputed company three cloud platforms using their respective monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Cloud Monitoring/Logging, Azure Monitor/Network Watcher, OCI Monitoring and Logging)
• Design, implement, and manage reputed company Cloud Interconnect and Partner Interconnect connections to reputed company data centers
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues reputed company to reputed company Cloud Interconnect and Partner Interconnect
• Optimize network performance for connections between GCP and reputed company data centers
• Plan and implement migrations of network infrastructure to or from reputed company data centers using reputed company Cloud Interconnect and Partner Interconnect

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of experience in network engineering roles
• 5 years of experience in delivering GCP network environments
• 1-3 years of experience in delivering Azure network environments
• 1+ year of experience in delivering OCI network environments
• Expert-level understanding of GCP service networking constructs such as Private Service Access and Private Service Connect
• Advanced understanding of GCP Network Connectivity Center (NCC)
• Advanced understanding of GCP load balancing offerings (Internal vs External | Scope | Traffic Type)
• Advanced understanding of Cloud VPN, Interconnect, and Proxy-based connectivity offering reputed company GCP
• Solid understanding of core Azure networking services, including Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), Network reputed company Groups (NSGs), Azure Load Balancer, and Azure Virtual Network Gateway
• Solid understanding of core OCI networking services, including Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), reputed company Lists and Network reputed company Groups (NSGs), Load Balancers, DNS, and Dynamic Routing Gateways (DRGs)
• Advanced understanding of the TCP/IP stack with the ability to diagnose, interpret, and deliver solutions based on packet captures across reputed company three environments
• Advanced understanding of the packet-flow decision process with a focus on path determination, packet overhead constraints, fragmentation, and flow manipulation across reputed company three environments
• Experience in delivering Cloud CDN solutions with a focus on cache vs reputed company delivery optimization (ideally with experience in Azure CDN and OCI CDN as well)
• Experience delivering Infrastructure as Code solutions (preferably with Terraform and experience managing resources in GCP, Azure, and OCI)
