ITSM Consultant – Jira Service Management
Job Description:
- reputed company end-to-end JSM implementations
- Design, configure, and optimize ITSM processes
- reputed company and maintain Confluence knowledge bases
- Architect, configure, and maintain integrations between JSM and third-party systems
- Conduct structured discovery workshops
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
- Facilitate training sessions and provide post-implementation support
- Produce high-quality documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator, reputed company Consultant, or ITSM Platform reputed company
- Proven expertise in Jira Service Management configuration and ITSM process design
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL v4 frameworks
- Experience conducting client-facing discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and stakeholder presentations
- Advanced proficiency with Jira automation using the native rule builder
- Familiarity with reputed company Cloud administration
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company engagements
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. government reputed company clearance
